Privacy Policy

Account information: When you create an account we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google we also receive your name and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, Google Drive, Gmail or any other Google service.

Portfolio data: Fund names, investment amounts and dates you enter manually. Stored solely to calculate your analytics.

Usage data: Pages visited and features used — collected in aggregate to improve the service.

Payment data: Subscription payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your card number, CVV, net banking credentials or UPI ID. Razorpay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Valuezig uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. When you sign in with Google:

• We request only your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture)
• We do not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google product
• We do not share your Google account data with third parties
• You may revoke Valuezig's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions

Our use of Google user data complies with theGoogle API Services User Data Policyincluding the Limited Use requirements.

• To provide and maintain the Valuezig service
• To calculate portfolio analytics (XIRR, CAGR, health scores)
• To send transactional emails (account verification, weekly portfolio reports if subscribed)
• To process subscription payments via Razorpay
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. When you subscribe:

• Payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout — we never receive or see your card or bank details
• Razorpay stores your payment instrument data under their own Privacy Policy (razorpay.com/privacy)
• We store only the transaction ID, plan type, amount and payment status

Your data is stored on Supabase (AWS, ap-south-1 Mumbai region). Row-level security ensures your portfolio data is accessible only to you. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email support@valuezig.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use session cookies solely for authentication. We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies.

Valuezig is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
