1. Service Description
Valuezig (valuezig.com) is an online mutual fund analytics platform providing historical NAV data, performance metrics, portfolio tracking and educational tools. The platform is operated by Valuezig, 3-1-243/9/214, Kubera Homes, Kakatiya Colony, Hanamkonda, Telangana 506011, India.
2. Not Investment Advice
Valuezig is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (IA) or Research Analyst (RA). Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any mutual fund, or a solicitation of any investment offer. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser before investing.
3. Account Registration
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not create accounts for others without their consent or use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Plans: Valuezig offers Free, Starter (₹299/month or ₹2,508/year) and Pro (₹599/month or ₹5,028/year) plans.
Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By subscribing you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly plans on the same date each month, annual plans once per year.
No free trial: Valuezig does not offer a free trial period for paid plans. A free tier is permanently available for all users without requiring a subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period access is provided after the period ends.
No refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits or pro-rated adjustments for any reason including but not limited to: unused periods, plan downgrades, account deletion or dissatisfaction with the service. Please review the free tier thoroughly before subscribing to a paid plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Systematically scrape, crawl or harvest data from Valuezig
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or algorithms
- Circumvent feature gates, access controls or plan restrictions
- Share paid account credentials with other persons
- Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
6. Intellectual Property
The Valuezig name, logo, platform design, scoring algorithms and product features are the intellectual property of Valuezig. Fund NAV data is sourced from AMFI India and is publicly available under AMFI's terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. All analytics are based on historical data and do not predict future performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valuezig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including investment losses arising from use of this service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Valuezig in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Warangal, Telangana, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
